Starting September 7, I took 130 days to become intentional in my consumption. Media, food, spiritual energy— everything. I feel so refreshed! It reminded me of simpler, less pressurized times where we focused on happiness & living. That’s what I’m choosing these days. To stop & smell the roses I give my g*ddamn self & I hope you all do the same🌹 heal yourself 🫶🏾
