2023 was a year of big change!! This little lady will be one year next month and we are so grateful for our community - friends & family, clients, contractors, colleagues and vendors that showered us in generosity with baby supplies last.winter, gave us time as a new family last spring, scheduled meetings around baby feedings through the summer and offered more love, support & encouragement than I ever could have hoped for. A huge THANK YOU to the people making it possible for me to do what I love & love what I do! A little bit of personal news… I'm really happy to share that I've signed with M&C Saatchi. I've been thinking a lot recently about the next chapter of my career. Not because I want to leave anything behind, but because I feel more excited than ever about what's ahead. Broadcasting has given me a life and career I could never have imagined. I've met extraordinary people, been part of some unforgettable moments and learnt more than I probably realised at the time. Then came the adventure of building Whisper. Starting a business, making plenty of mistakes, surrounding myself with brilliant people and discovering just how rewarding (and challenging!) it can be to create something from nothing. And more recently, building High Performance has opened my eyes to something I genuinely believe is one of the most exciting changes the media industry has seen in decades. The creator economy. The relationship between audiences, talent, brands and content is changing incredibly quickly. And I think we're only just beginning to understand the opportunities that creates. I want to be part of it. I want to take everything I've learnt from broadcasting, business and creating content, and see where it can lead. I want to keep asking questions, trying new things, taking a few risks and hopefully building things that matter. But I've also learnt that the people you surround yourself with make all the difference. Which is why finding the right partners for this next chapter felt so important. I'm hugely excited to be working with the team at M&C Saatchi. People who understand both where I've come from and, more importantly, where I hope to go. I'm grateful for everything that's brought me to this point. But I'm nowhere near ready to settle for what I've already done. There's still so much to learn. So much to create. And hopefully plenty more mistakes to make along the way. Here's to staying curious, staying ambitious and never believing that your best work has to be behind you.
