- 1 cup rava / sooji
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- ¼ cup green peas
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- Few curry leaves
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2–2½ cups water (adjust as needed)

👩🏻‍🍳 Quick Method:

1. Dry roast the rava until aromatic and keep aside.
2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, ginger, urad dal, chana dal and peanuts. Roast well.
