Communal dining is a commitment to a tactile, mutual, and generous experience. We wanted our installation to feel like a warm sticky embrace under a forest canopy; a gathering of the people we love sharing a festive meal in the tropics.

We made a communal table and modular block inserts from locally salvaged rain tree for the 2nd edition of @milleniawalk Christmas with our Trees. The installation provides the setting for a Christmas feast in the tropics, showcasing harmonious cohabitation with nature by integrating plants and trees into living spaces.
Installation dates: 17 November 2023 - 31 December 2023
