I told the IE Labor Council I would never approve another warehouse and that truth split them down the middle when it came to endorsing me as a joint body. Several of the unions that are a part of the IELC have shown incredible support for this run, but the warehouse builders want me out.

Here are some thoughts I had the day I found out.

I pride myself on being vulnerable and completely honest with all of you, so forgive the cussing, but I thank you for your continued support as we keep real representation here on the San Bernardino city council. #VoteReynoso #RealRepresentation

when the young folks i know first started pushing back on the pro-warehouse stance every single local politician was onboard with more & more warehouses. Since then we have convinced many that warehouses are not our future, but we still have work to do to get all labor to see the price of our health is not worth it. 👏keep fighting for the future gens Ben! 🔥

I support you. We need less buildings more homes and recreational centers and paved roads. These potholes are terrible specifically the one off of sterling by the KFC.

Where do I even start? This is such a bittersweet moment. I am a first-generation college student and the first in my family to attend a Historically Black College or University. My journey didn’t start off perfectly. I was confused, unsure of myself, and overwhelmed. But somewhere along the way, I found my peace and fell in love with public health. I’m one step closer to my goal of being a clinical research health professional. I want to thank all my friends and family who have stood by me throughout this journey, encouraged me, and reminded me that I could do it even when I doubted myself. A little advice to anyone still figuring things out: The sky is the limit. Don’t limit yourself just because you lack confidence or feel like you’re not ready. Mayor Zohran Mamdani delivered a speech at a party for the Democrats in New York City on Election Night, pointing to the millions who stood in lines at the polls Tuesday, guided by "the faith that the future need not be defined by the failures of the past."
