We landed on a tropical Island in PR. We really enjoyed this vacation. Cameraman boat tour was amazing. #puertorico #dancemusic #happyplace #goodvibes #girlstrip #PuertoVallarta #purpose #beachvibes

THE COUNTDOWN STARTS NOW …… #N2L 🖤

Jona zgjedh orët e para të mëngjesit për dush!

I’m ready! Where are you taking me? 😇

I did a deep dive into MIDI health’s compounded sermorelin. Could there BE any less evidence? (Read with a Chandler Bing voice).

We have no safety data or efficacy data.

I could find only one study from 2006. And that is using an FDA approved version, not this compound. MIDI does not link to any quality studies. One of the review chapters they link to actually states:

To date, definitive conclusions regarding the functional effects of treatments, aimed at increasing growth hormone levels in healthy aged individuals compared to those of young healthy persons have been elusive until more studies are undertaken… conclusive statements about the merits of treatment cannot be made.

Because midi health prescribes MHT does not give them a pass to sell sermorelin. If you use them and are happy, great. I am not judging you. I am judging midi. But ask yourself, what kind of onboarding happens with clinicians when these kinds of products are for sale and that they will be expected to manage? And if they are promoting this, what might that say about how they interpret other medical evidence.

How do you dose something and monitor it when there are no studies to guideline you?

Inevitably, mIdi clinicians come into my DMs defining the company. Really, you are defending this? Show me some actual data.

One-off Pagani Huayra Settanta Anima revealed at @lasvegasconcours 💙

Arrived in Kansas City and finished my first batch of registering @kauffmancenter ❤️ I get lots of questions about how I protect my ears when I’m rehearsing for long periods of time - I have custom made In-Ear Monitors which are mainly for when I’m doing big amplified shows and need to hear click/track in my ears - but they have very good hearing protection built in, so I wear them while rehearsing for long hours. They have ambient ports which means they allow some of the ambient sound in, but reduce the overall volume considerably! Thoroughly recommend to anyone playing the organ for long periods of time ❤️
