Confidence gets you into the room. Humility is what keeps you there. 🙏🧠
⠀
Those two truths keep each other in check. Lose the first, and you’ll spend your life shrinking, doubting and waiting for permission. Lose the second, and success will slowly turn you into someone nobody wants to be around.
⠀
The people who stay great hold onto both. They walk in confident enough to take their shot and humble enough to learn from anyone in the room, whether it’s the CEO or the person cleaning up after the meeting.
⠀
Fame, money and titles test that balance more than anything. The higher you climb, the louder the voice gets telling you you’ve outgrown everyone else. The best never listen.
⠀
Never doubt your worth, and never use it as a reason to make someone else feel small.

Socialists keep marching to bring all of this to America and Europe. Meanwhile, millions of people who actually lived it risked everything to get out.

Venezuela has the empty shelves, and nearly 8 million people have fled them. Cuba has the electricity, and the whole island keeps going dark. Iran has the feminism, where Mahsa Amini died after the morality police arrested her over a headscarf. Gaza has the LGBTQ rights, where being gay is still a crime.
