99% of ppl quit WAY too soon.
They quit when it starts to get hard... or when it starts to get uncomfortable. You must understand, literally NOTHING happens before that point. All the great things you hope to get from whatever journey you’re on, won’t come until way after a whole lot of uncomfortable sh*t. You must train yourself to quit quitting when it starts to hurt.
