The Galveston Duck Tour is a unique way to see Galveston Island. The tour last about an hour. First you will travel on Seawall boulevard then you will enter the water. After getting out of the water you will see several historic mansions, through the Strand Historic District. You will also get to learn historic information about the island. Tickets cost $30 for adults, $20 for kids, and $10 for kids (2 and under) They run 7 days a week from 10am-6pm but I will suggest giving them a call before heading there.

I know a man who is a coast guard and told me a horror story about one of these mishaps he experienced years ago. Everyone passed away but 1 Adult and 1 child! NO THANKS 🙅🏽‍♀️

I’ve done this tour, and the tour in Branson before. It’s fun and everything has its risks, you can’t live life in fear.

Christmas tree hacks - 1) Give your artificial tree a whole new shape without buying a new one by adding floral picks, repurposing branches from an old artificial tree (thrift stores are full of them) to fill it out. 2) Use an old tree topper to extend the height. We were able to add feet to our tree by doing this! I wanted fuller with some wispy branches extending out. This is a simple way to create a fuller, taller, more customized tree with pieces you may already have.
