I really don’t like that dance studios have all become about the competition. It used to be about dancers living to dance. Now, it’s about the STUDIO being awarded for “great dancers.”. Makes me sad. ($$$$$$$) ☹️

My daughter is in 9 dances and it’s our second year. She loves it but I do wonder what the point of it is. I’d rather be doing conventions and learning than find the same dances at regionals every year.. like for what? They get nothing from it

Wow I can’t imagine the fees . I couldn’t afford to have my dancer do one solo .the choreo alone was going to cost 300.00 .then the lessons and more to compete . Kennedy is blessed and I’m sure worth all that you do for her
