Allah (SWT) says "do not be sad" 9 times in the Qur'an. Look at who He said it to. A mother placing her newborn in a river. (28:7) Maryam, alone in labour beneath a palm tree. (19:24) The Prophet (PBUH) in the cave with Abu Bakr, enemies standing at the entrance. (9:40) The Prophet (PBUH) again, grieving over the people who turned away from him. (16:127) The believers after Uhud, wounded and mourning. (3:139) These are the strongest people in our history, and every one of them felt sad. Not once does the Qur'an blame them for it. Every time, the words come with something from Him. The mother is promised her son back. Water runs at Maryam's feet. Sakinah descends in the cave. Your sadness is not proof that your iman is failing. 🌼 Marriage itself is a life risk for women. But besides that, childbirth is an undeniable life risk for women. Women go through it multiple times. Plus living with your abuser and being financially dependent on your abuser and an entire system that works against you to keep you dependent & authority less. 👉 But no one thought someone should fast for a woman’s long life? May be the one who benefits the most from your life? But never. Because Women made it Women REPLACEABLE. Men made women replaceable. Society made women replaceable. And WE HAVE TO CHANGE THAT GIRLS… . . . . #womeninspiringwomen #feminism #strongwomen #womensupportingwomen #nabysinha [karwachauth, women lives, women in religion, women in culture, women against patriarchy, patriarchal culture, women speakers, feminism, feminist voices, abusive culture, misogyny, sexist culture, women voices, feminist voices]

✨3 phases of weight loss: 1) 12-15# down with 7 months of “doing all the right things” (late March - late Oct 2025). 2) 12-15# with a GLP1 (late Oct 2025 - early Jan 2026) and lost basically only muscle... 👀 3) 36# DOWN without a GLP-1 ... Plus the GLOW UP of my life + total body recomposition with muscle and strength. (Jan - July 2026) ✨FRIENDS.... Read these stories (shared from my insta page).... ... this is the only “before and after” I’ve posted because honestly the “before” makes me INCREDIBLY emotional. It was such a dark, hard season of my life. 😭 ... Not only was I incredibly overweight... ... I was struggling SO HARD with mental health stuff... ... marriage stuff ... chronic-sick-kid stuff ... not sleeping through the night hardly ever... ... insulin resistance ... lost my identity entirely 🔥AND IN THIS before PIC I was working out EVERYDAY, cold plunging, taking $1000 worth of supplements a month... The toll this level of stress takes on your body as a woman is W-I-L-D. Tonight I’m sharing THE WHOLE STORY.... including stuff I haven’t ever shared publicly. Like “all the life updates”.... If you’d like an invite, comment STORY below and we’ll get you the link! Can’t wait to see you there. XO, J 💙
