A heartwarming video from Amritsar, Punjab, is winning hearts online as Assistant Sub-Inspector Charanjit Singh celebrates his promotion to Sub-Inspector. The moment his new star was added to his police uniform became an emotional milestone for the entire family.

According to reports, Charanjit Singh returned home late after completing his duty, unaware that his wife and two daughters had planned a surprise celebration. They welcomed him with a cake and celebrated his achievement, with the family’s joy captured on CCTV.

While the promotion marked a new chapter in his policing career, it was his little daughters’ excitement and pride in their father that stole the show. A reminder that behind every personal achievement is often a family sharing the journey.
