I was ripped off by this store. I bought a pair of sneakers, but when they arrived in my country, the customs authorities sent them back because the product information on the label was insufficient. To this day, I haven’t been able to get the sneakers, nor have I received a refund. The seller blocked me on WhatsApp, and when I reached out to the store here on Instagram, they didn’t even respond! Do not buy from them!

Please, I need an immediate answer about the status of my order. Otherwise I will have to proceed with the reverse the money immediately. I think it’s disrespectful that it’s been 7 days and I haven’t received an update, much less a message or information about my order. I TOLD THEM THAT I NEEDED THEM FOR OCTOBER 12 and my order hasn’t even been sent. They sent me photos/videos as proof that you were a reliable store, tell me if you tricked me to proceed with the immediate refund in Paypal
