I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Enzo Milano. The company advertises a warranty, but what good is a warranty if the company won’t respond to calls or emails when you need help? I’ve found the customer service to be extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The product works well initially, but after just a few months of normal use, it starts breaking down. For a product that is supposed to last, this is unacceptable. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of response and accountability when trying to get the issue resolved. A warranty should mean that a company stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Enzo Milano. I’m sharing this because I believe customers deserve both quality products and reliable customer service. A warranty is only as good as the company that honors it. I hope Enzo Milano takes customer concerns more seriously and makes this right. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to research the company’s warranty and customer service experiences before buying.

The best tools ever when I opened mine it was like the feeling of a brand new car the packaging is super luxurious!!! The results are like no other tools I’ve ever used absolutely amazing !!!🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
