Comment “PRESS” and I’ll send you the link to the multi-press machine

This is the ultimate 4-in-1 press machine that I’ve found.

It does decline, flat, incline, and shoulder press all on the same machine.

The bench is on linear bearing guide rods, so it can adjust forward and back.

The press uses a scissor lift system, so it converges at the top of the movements.

The handles rotate 360° and lock in at various angles for comfort during pressing.

The GMWD Press Machine V8 is becoming a home gym staple for many.

How to: Wayercolour Christmas Tree

1. Paint a thin brown line down the centre of your paper.
2. Paint V lines all the way down the line for branches.
3. Paint little green lines for line needles along the V branches.
4. Dip your brush in water and tap off the excess on side of your pot.
5. Use your wet brush to paint lines over the pine needles to make them swell and appear fuller.
6. Paint a bucket shape at the bottom of the tree.
7. Paint different coloured dots all over the tree for lights. Don’t worry if the colours bleed into the green a little, this will look pretty!
8. Paint the trunk down into the bucket.

Gift to someone special this festive season 🎄✨
