I must preface this by saying: spiritual warfare is very much real, and isn’t something that should be ignored, brushed off, or minimized. That being said, I also believe we sometimes tend to blame everything and anything on spiritual warfare when sometimes, it’s just us as humans neglecting our basic needs. If you’ve been feeling low, ask yourself, have you had enough water, food, and sleep lately? Have you read your Bible and spent time with the Lord?
