Texas Democrat James Talarico defeated Republican Ken Paxton in one of the most closely contested Senate races, ending a 38-year drought for his party in the GOP stronghold. Voter backlash against Trump administration policies and the political charisma of Talarico, 37, helped Democrats finally secure a hard-fought win after past election cycles of dashed hopes. The results also validated critics’ fears over Trump’s decision to endorse Paxton, a MAGA firebrand with a history of scandal, over longtime Sen. John Cornyn in the GOP primary. Cornyn supporters predicted that backing Paxton would force the GOP to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to support a flawed candidate in one of the country’s most expensive states to campaign in. Read more at the link in our bio.
🏙️ BIG NEWS for Uptown Charlotte! The former EpiCentre could be getting a major comeback! 🏀 The @hornets have teamed up with Lincoln Property Company and Vision Ventures to acquire Queen City Quarter, the 304,000-square-foot entertainment complex located directly across from Spectrum Center. ✨ Once one of Charlotte’s most popular nightlife destinations, the former EpiCentre has faced years of declining occupancy and changing ownership. Now, the new partnership hopes to bring fresh energy, investment, and activity back to the heart of Uptown. 🚧 While specific redevelopment plans have not yet been announced, the acquisition could pave the way for a revitalized destination for dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment! 📍210 E Trade St

Woke up to the most beautiful sunrise 🇨🇭@eringerhotel We booked this last minute trip and it I cannot tell you how much I’ve fallen in love with Switzerland. From the breath taking views of Heremance to the peaks of Zermatt it was worth every moment and every penny especially at the discount I got! I saved over £300 on this entire trip in comparison to other sites I was looking at, which meant extra spending money for us. I’ve travelled a lot of my thirties visiting the UAE and turkey mainly but didn’t appreciate the beauty of Europe, so my bucket list has just got a lot bigger for my forties! And I can do it all at a fraction of the cost because I joined a travel agency where I literally get travel agent rates. More discounts means more travel! You can also earn a nice bit of income for yourself as a travel agent with full support of our team ( I personally only use it for my own travel discounts and happy with that) but you could enjoy discounts and an income too working from home ☝🏼 To earn an extra income or just save on travel like me comment ‘SAVE’ and I’ll send you info how!
