I’m so glad I kept this old writing desk, even though we didn’t have room for it when we moved. It was in pretty rough shape when I bought it years ago, but after all the work I put into it and all the time I spent writing at it in our old home, I couldn’t let it go 🥹 It took a little over a year to find the right spot for it here, but now I’m back at my desk with a cup of coffee and my journal 🫶🏻

Sekretarzyk cierpliwie czekał na swoje nowe miejsce ponad rok. Ale tak się cieszę, że go zatrzymałam, mimo że zwyczajnie brakowało na niego miejsca po przeprowadzce 🥹🤎

Celebrating 100 appearances for Emily Fox 👏

In 2013, George Clooney made an extraordinary gesture of gratitude by giving 14 of his closest friends $1 million each. He invited them to his home for dinner, where each discovered a black Tumi suitcase filled with cash. The $14 million gift was Clooney’s way of thanking the people who had supported him long before he became one of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

Clooney explained that many of these friends had helped him financially, offered him places to stay and stood by him during difficult periods in his career. He wanted to repay their kindness and acknowledge the important role they had played in his success.

The remarkable story became public in 2017 when his friend Rande Gerber revealed what had happened. Clooney later confirmed the gifts, explaining that he had no children at the time and wanted to share his good fortune with the people who had helped him reach that point in life. 💰❤️
