Imagine finishing up in a public bathroom and walking out past a giant clock showing exactly how long you were in there 😳🚽

At the Yungang Grottoes, a UNESCO World Heritage site in China’s Shanxi province, digital screens above each stall glow green with the word “empty” when it’s free. The moment someone locks the door, the screen starts counting up the minutes and seconds.

Staff say the timers are about safety, helping workers notice if someone has been inside long enough that they might need help. They also stressed there’s no time limit, and nobody gets pulled out partway through.

Reactions online have been split. Some people love knowing which stall is about to open up, while others say it feels uncomfortably like being watched. Similar displays have reportedly turned up in Shanghai too, where some showpiece public restrooms have used occupancy screens for about 20 years.

Helpful or way too much? 👇

🍗 WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE HALAL OPTIONS AT CERTAIN HOUSTON AREA POPEYES 🍗

It’s been a busy day! After a certain video went viral, our DMs started pouring in!

We’ve been independently verifying several Popeyes locations in the Houston area that are now getting their chicken and beef tallow from a halal certified vendor. The verified locations are listed in this post.

We got too many DMs to answer one by one, so we put together this post to get everyone the correct information.

⚠️ Please read each slide carefully, including the “what’s not halal” and “keep in mind” slides, and do what you will with this information. Halal standards and comfort levels differ from person to person, so make the decision that’s right for you.

✅ Only visit the locations listed in this post for now
📞 Always confirm with the store manager before ordering
➕ We’re still working on verifying more locations, so stay tuned!

🚨 BREAKING: New invention expected to save Tennessee’s economy, officials confirm.

The device, developed in a facility whose location has not been disclosed, is said to have already “stabilized several markets” before anyone turned it on. Economists described the technology as “deeply unsettling” and “possibly just a very large spoon.”

State leaders held an emergency meeting behind closed doors, emerging only to say: “It works. Please stop asking how.”

Residents are urged to remain calm, keep spending normally, and not ask why the invention is humming at night.

Full unveiling expected soon. Details developing.
