Feedback from the head judge today, in short terms: “ nothing to change, more condition and you got your ticket for the Olympia”.

Believe me, I found back my will, motivation and fire. Things are getting more clear for 2027. I’ll keep thinking about a strategy but I already got a plan in mind. As I always said, my Buisness is my priority. As long as I can find a balance and perform, I’m in. I will rest a bit November and December. People may don’t know, but I will do a running race in December. And that’s my second goal of the year.

Stay tuned.#swisspocketknife

Having a bad spine can affect almost every part of your daily life, from walking and sitting to sleeping and even breathing comfortably. The human spine contains 33 vertebrae and is designed with natural curves that help distribute body weight, absorb shock, and support movement. However, conditions like scoliosis, kyphosis, and degenerative disc disease can alter spinal alignment, sometimes causing chronic pain, stiffness, nerve compression, and reduced mobility.

One of the most common issues is excessive curvature of the upper back, known as hyperkyphosis, which can create a noticeably hunched appearance. While poor posture can contribute to discomfort, significant spinal deformities may develop from genetics, aging, injuries, or underlying medical conditions. Treatment depends on the cause and severity, ranging from physical therapy and strengthening exercises to bracing or surgery in serious cases. Maintaining good spinal health is important because even simple everyday activities can become difficult when your back isn’t functioning properly. 😭

When @MariahCarey says it’s time, we ride at dawn 😂 I’ve never wasted time putting up a tree/trees. Call me early! But I will say… I got all lights, ornaments, flowers, berries etc. from THE DOLLAR TREE!!!! You don’t have to go broke being festive!

Also, don’t rule out thrift stores. That’s where I picked up a few other Christmas-themed items 💁🏾‍♀️

Where there’s a will, there’s a save!!!!
