UTC blessed me the opportunity to join and worship our Lord in a community of love, compassion, empathy, laughter but also pain: physically and mentally.

Hugs were made, tears were shed, stories were shared and bonds were created at a rock bottom I didn’t know existed. And it was the most amazing experience of my life.

Luke 15:6 ESV reads:

“And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep that was lost.’”

As we take steps towards the Lord we become found sheep. He stands there with open arms, waiting for us to come home. Cheering and dancing and celebrating us. The most incredible part of believing in our Lord Jesus Christ, is I’ve gotten to experience that hug, and you can too.
