I’m looking at everyone’s feet, Fincher, Dante, Kiefer, Alfie Solomons, the stoics, the humanity surgeons, Armenian medieval miniature, shoe designs of past and present, raw imagery and literature on war, fighters and warriors but also the monsters, indigenous ceremonies, altered states, people with remarkable inner strength. Befriended agony. Poetic slurs. Flirtatious sarcasm. Raw but gentle. Honest but considerate. Mournful but uplifting. Regardless, beautiful.
