Faye Hadley

Following up on my series of recommendations for how to get into the automotive industry, I want to let y'all know that NAPA and WD-40 Brand have teamed up to support the next generation of automotive technicians by donating over $50,000 to TechForce scholarships!!
.
Now, as you may know, I do not have an automotive degree, and I do suspect that was one of the reasons why breaking into the industry was such a challenge for me! I truly believe that there is real value in pursuing formal education; especially for women looking to get in the trades. A certificate or even degree in automotive can really show an employer how serious you are about working in this industry!
.
So if this is something that you are considering, then I highly recommend that you check out the scholarship opportunities at TechForce.org/napa-wd40brand-scholarships or click the link in my stories to find out more!
