Shooting the boys’ handheld “drunk” pov (towards the end of this video) was one of my favorite parts of this week. 14 months postpartum and one exercise I STILL swear by!😤 Stomach vacuums have been part of my core routine for over 10 years, and they were one of the exercises I incorporated into my postpartum recovery. They target your transverse abdominis (TVA), the deepest layer of your abdominal muscles, which acts like your body’s natural corset. Now, let’s be clear! Stomach vacuums alone didn’t get my stomach looking like this. Nutrition, consistent strength training, time, and recovery all played a role. They all work hand in hand. But when it comes to reconnecting with my deep core after having a baby? They’ve been a staple!🙌🏾🔥 Give it a try!💪🏾
