We don't get to eat fresh fish too often because it's fairly expensive but mom bought some fresh salmon yesterday. I was in charge of cooking and had been wanting to try making this one dish with fresh fish some day so it was a perfect opportunity, and oh my I made the actual best salmon I've ever eaten. I cannot explain to you how good it was because it was unreal, I am so damn happy and proud of that shit. It felt super luxurious. Bless
