Mobil listrik Rp199 juta atau Avanza Rp282 juta? Ngecas di rumah, 100 km ±Rp19 ribu; bensin Avanza Rp68 ribu.

Harganya dulu (OTR Jakarta, Okt 2026): BYD Atto 1 mulai Rp199 juta (5 kursi), Avanza 1.5 G CVT Rp282 juta (7 kursi). Yang listrik Rp83 juta lebih murah, tapi dua kursinya hilang.

Per 100 km, dari uji jalan dalam kota:
• Avanza: 1 liter Pertalite buat 14,7 km → 6,8 liter × Rp10.000 = Rp68.000
• Atto 1: 1 kWh buat 8,8 km → 11,4 kWh, plus ±15% hilang waktu ngecas = 13,1 kWh × Rp1.444,70 (tarif rumah 1.300–2.200 VA) = ±Rp19.000
Pakai wallbox? PLN menyarankan daya 7.700 VA, tarifnya Rp1.699,53/kWh: 100 km jadi ±Rp21–22 ribu (hitungan kami).

Jalan 30 km sehari: bensin Rp612 ribu sebulan, listrik ±Rp170 ribu. Hemat ±Rp440 ribu tiap bulan.
Pajak tahunan di Jakarta: Avanza ±Rp4,7 juta, mobil listrik Rp143 ribu, karena PKB-nya dibebaskan (untuk sekarang).

Jebakannya di bawah lantai: baterai. Garansinya 8 tahun atau 160.000 km (SoH minimal 70%). Lewat itu, harga baterai baru Atto 1 belum pernah diumumkan. Pembanding terdekat: baterai Wuling Air ev 26,7 kWh, kata Wuling hampir Rp100 juta (2023).
Harga bekas: keluaran 2025, Atto 1 turun ±12%, Avanza ±26%. Tapi mobil listrik keluaran 2022 rata-rata turun 57%, mobil bensin 33%. Atto 1 lima tahun lagi? Belum ada datanya.

Jadi: bisa ngecas di rumah, 5 kursi cukup, jalan 30 km sehari? Listrik hemat ±Rp440 ribu sebulan. Cuma ke warung? Hematnya kecil, risiko baterainya tetap.

Cek dulu sebelum pilih: daya listrik rumahmu, berapa km kamu jalan sehari, dan berapa orang yang biasa ikut.
Simpan buat nanti, atau kirim ke temen yang lagi galau milih mobil.

EFCC uncovers illegal oil refinery operated by Chinese nationals in Ogun State

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has uncovered an illegal oil refinery allegedly operated by Chinese nationals in Ogere, Ogun State.

The facility was raided on Saturday, October 31, but operatives reportedly found it deserted upon arrival. Underground storage tanks containing substances suspected to be diesel were discovered within the premises.

Preliminary investigations indicated that sludge oil was transported from Warri, Delta State, and Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to the facility for processing.

The EFCC has since taken over the premises as investigations continue to establish the identities of those behind the operation and track down the owners of the illegal refinery.
