My wife finally got her appetite back after two weeks postpartum, and her first request was a high-protein soup. So, of course, I made her this.

Postpartum recovery takes a lot out of the body, so nourishing her with protein rich meals is one way I can support her healing. She spent nine months growing our little boy. Now it’s my turn to take care of her, one meal at a time.

🗣️ EXCLUSIVE: Dolly Parton's nephew, Bryan Seaver, is asking a judge to dismiss the case filed against him by the entity running his late aunt's estate ... essentially calling the case total BS.

What we know at our 🔗 in bio.

Being black pilled is more than just losing faith in politics, society, or the institutions that claim to represent us. It is the realization that the world we were taught to believe in is often far different from the world that actually exists. It is watching the same promises get broken, the same lies get repeated, and the same powerful people escape accountability while ordinary people are left to deal with the consequences.

At some point, you begin to question everything. You question the political system, the media, the culture, and the institutions that were supposed to protect the values upon which society was built. You begin to recognize how easily public opinion can be manipulated, how quickly principles are abandoned for convenience, and how often the illusion of progress disguises the reality of decline.

The hardest part about being black pilled isn’t necessarily discovering these things. It’s realizing how little seems to change once they’re exposed. Scandals come and go. Politicians rise and fall. The headlines change, but the underlying problems remain. People become so accustomed to disappointment that corruption, dishonesty, and moral decay begin to feel normal.

Eventually, the constant cycle of false hope and disappointment creates a sense of detachment. You stop believing that every election will save the country. You stop expecting powerful institutions to suddenly develop a conscience. You stop assuming that the people in charge have the best interests of ordinary citizens at heart.
