9 weeks ago at the end of may bank holiday I decided to start the The Couch To 5K plan. Had no expectations going into it as I could barely run down the road. Never expected to be running my last run 2 months on and for a whole 30 mins. I thought 10 would be my max. The day I went from 5 to 8 to 20 min run at the end of, Week 5 was when I knew I could achieve this. Unlike other forms of excise I'm keen to try I only had to learn how to run not the action of running itself. Now my aim is to get to 10K in an hour and keep up running 3 times a week.

Anyone can do this plan if they stick at it. Some people may find it harder than others. Its okay to repeat a week. You gotta keep consistent. I found the @_couchto5k podcasts really helpful and the music. Telling me when to run and walk.
