👋 Bernie here. I asked the band to send me a video to promote the work-in-progress shows next week, but they forgot! So, instead, I went and found some old, embarrassing photos to use. Enjoy :) Tickets in bio!

We asked Claude for advice on how to spend the next 10 years, with just one rule: no explanations.

Its response was surprisingly human. Prioritize sleep, take care of your health, spend time with the people you love, build something you own, and recognize when enough is enough.

In a world constantly pushing us to achieve more, it’s interesting that some of Claude’s most meaningful advice had little to do with success or productivity, and everything to do with appreciating what matters most.

What do you think of Claude’s advice? 🤔💬
