An FT analysis of federal data shows that the average price of a gallon of petrol during Donald Trumpā€™s second term will top $3.46 a gallon on November 2, beating the previous average high set under his predecessor Joe Biden.ā  ā  The US presidentā€™s unwelcome record comes as fuel costs ā€” which have surged since he launched his war against Iran in February ā€” have emerged as a major liability for Republicans ahead of this weekā€™s vote. ā  ā  Tap the link in our bio to read the full story.ā  ā  Photo credit: David Paul Morris/Bloombergā  ā  Image description: A customer holds a fuel nozzle at a gas station in Hercules, California. Comment ā€˜skincareā€™ and Iā€™ll send you this weekā€™s @workinghardpod Future Self Series episode with @natalieoneill, all about reverse engineering your best skin for your future self! The beauty industry is constantly telling us thereā€™s something new we need to buy, try or fix. But what if the smarter approach is to work backwards: figure out the skin you want long term, understand what actually gets you there, and skip the products and treatments you donā€™t need. Thatā€™s exactly what episode 10 of the Future Self Series is about. Natalie takes us through what really works, including: - Why a moisturiser isnā€™t good enough for hydration - Everything you need to try before deciding to get Botox - The truth about retinoids - Natalieā€™s ride or die routine & products We also talk about SPF, the habits that make the biggest difference over time, and have a really honest conversation about Botox, (without the pressure or judgement that usually comes with it!!) If youā€™ve ever spent a small fortune on skincare and wondered whether any of it was working, I think youā€™ll like this one!
Slowly finding our feet in our new corner of the countryside, exploring the local villages, discovering new favourite spots and trying to enjoy this in-between chapter. Moving house has been a bit of a whirlwind, and whilst Iā€™m very much ready to feel settled again, Iā€™m also reminding myself to appreciate this part of the journey. Itā€™s not often you get to start a whole new chapter of your life. The countdown to getting the keys is officially on, and I canā€™t quite believe how close we are to calling somewhere new home. šŸ” Hereā€™s to new beginnings, familiar routines and everything still to come. šŸ¤Ž comment SHOP for the outfit https://liketk.it/6roSI
