I will never be a local. I use to surf or skate spots. I also try avoiding crowds. I do not like people very much. But localism is a synonim of bullshit or stupidity.
Why someone have more rights over a place than others? Because you have born there? Because you use it every day? Because your skin color? Localism is close to racism and xenofobism. It remains me words like ‘go home’ or ‘they come to get our work’. bullshit again. No place is owned by anyone.
help new people when they are in the place you use to surf. Please make stay in the water be better than outside. At the end it is the reason why we surf. And if you are not gonna do it, at least do not boder others.
