Two helicopters crashed into each other as they attempted to land near Mount Everest in Nepal on Tuesday, killing one passenger and injuring another, according to the Nepal Police. The Batmobile reportedly had a very real victim on the set of The Batman Part II 🦇🚗 According to The Sun, filming on Matt Reeves’ sequel was halted earlier in October after an unnamed cast member was struck by the Batmobile during a dramatic action scene. The person was reportedly taken to the hospital and is now recovering at home. It was the second stoppage in a rough month for the production. Filming had already paused when Reeves stepped away to deal with a family matter, with Steven Soderbergh coming aboard to help finish the final weeks of shooting. The good news: cameras are rolling again at Leavesden Studios, and the film is still set to hit theaters on February 18, 2028.
