WHIPPED BONE MARROW 🦴👶🏻for our baby!

Bone marrow has a naturally creamy texture and provides nutrients, iron, and healthy fats as my baby grows🤍

Here’s how I made it:

1. I roasted split marrow bones at 425°F for 15–20 minutes, until the marrow was soft and heated through.
2. I let them cool, scooped out the marrow, and carefully checked for any bone fragments.
3. I whipped it until smooth

I froze the extra marrow in small portions for another day.

Lately I’ve been very caught up in the moment of wanting things that I THINK will make me happy. Posting this as a reminder that not everything you want in life is necessarily the thing that’s going to fulfill you. In fact! maybe the desire and the lack serve a greater purpose. Maybe the space between wanting and having is where some of our most important growth happens. Maybe we’re not meant to have everything we want. Maybe we’re meant to discover that we can be happy without it 🤍

But also, sometimes a new dress really does help 😸🪄👗
