From almost losing my life to living a life I once prayed for 🤍

I’m SO humbled and excited to announce that I’m part of the ØNYX Freshman Class of 2027!!

A little about me… I battled severe anorexia that nearly took my life, followed by binge eating that left me feeling completely hopeless. But God had other plans.

After years of healing, I’ve found strength through faith + fitness, lost 30 lbs over the past year, and am pursuing my dream of becoming a nurse so I can care for others the way I was once cared for 🩺💗

I share my journey because I know what it feels like to believe things will never get better. And if my story can help even ONE girl believe that a beautiful life is still possible, it’s all worth it.

Here for the faith, fitness, nursing school chaos, and becoming the women we once needed 🫶🏼

Your story isn’t over, and neither is mine.

Let’s do this 💪🏼💜

Bubby Soup

Ingredients

* 2 packets vegetable soup mix with mushrooms
* 2 boxes chicken soup
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 carrot, chopped
* 1 celery, chopped
* A little bit of chopped chicken

Instructions

1. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pot until softened.
2. Chop the carrot and celery and add them to the pot. Cook until tender.
3. Add the two packets of vegetable soup mix with mushrooms.
4. Pour in the two boxes of chicken soup and stir everything together.
5. Bring the soup to a gentle simmer and cook on low heat for a few hours, until all the beans are tender.
6. Add the soup packets (if reserved) and stir.
7. Finally, add a little bit of chopped chicken and let everything warm through. Garlic & Olives

Ingredients

• 1 can green pitted olives
• 1 bulb fresh garlic, peeled and crushed
• Approximately ¼ cup good-quality extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Drain the green olives.
2. Peel the fresh garlic cloves and crush them using a garlic press.
3. Place the olives in a bowl or container.
4. Add the crushed garlic.
5. Pour in approximately ¼ cup of good-quality extra virgin olive oil.
6. Mix everything together until the olives are well coated.
7. Let sit so the garlic and olive oil can infuse the olives with flavor.

Enjoy! #recipe #soup #bubbysoup #garlicandolivies
