You asked & here it is! My glutes ๐Ÿ‘ routine! Haters will always say that itโ€™s either surgery or when itโ€™s a photo that itโ€™s photoshop. The truth is that I was blessed with the body shape genetics, but I always, always, always had a rigorous workout routine. Like Iโ€™ve been dancing ballet and all kinds of dance, and horseback riding, almost every day since I was a child. And I became a gym girlie in my teenage years and that never stopped. Now my schedule is: ballet, Pilates, reformer Pilates approximately 2-3 days per week plus gym around 3-5 days per week. There are some exercises that I do regularly that are not shown in this reel, but that will come in part 2 I guess! Every time I do a video like this the comments ask how many I do of each exercise. I switch it up always! The key is to surprise your body so it doesnโ€™t do things automatically. Sometimes I count, sometimes I just do each exercise for a minute or two before I change. The idea is to not stop when it hurts, but instead go on a bit longer. We want the shaky legs ๐Ÿคญ Oh and the last 2 exercises were Fedeโ€™s idea. Those are the only two exercises that you kind of need a gym for. The rest is perfect to do at home as well. On each leg I use ankle weight 2-4 kg. I walk on incline 8-15. And the ball is 5kg. And remember girls that if you want to grow glutes you need to EAT! The workout set is: @haute.store and the quality is just as great as it looks. #workoutroutine #workoutathome #glutes #workouttips #fitnessvideo
Honoring those who came before us, celebrating the beauty of our culture and keeping their memories alive. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿ’€ This Dรญa de los Muertos, Iโ€™m looking back on such a special experience walking the runway for @ilacatrina at @theshopsatlacantera in San Antonio! ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝโœจ I had the honor of portraying Chalchiuhtlicue, the Aztec goddess of water, rivers and lakes, representing life, renewal, and the deep connection between nature and our ancestors. Every detail of this beautiful Catrina carried meaning and being able to bring her to life on the runway was something Iโ€™ll never forget. What made this experience even more special was seeing how art, fashion and tradition brought so many people together. From the runway to meeting and connecting with everyone afterward, it was a beautiful reminder that Dรญa de los Muertos is so much more than a celebration. Itโ€™s about love, remembrance and honoring the stories that live on through us. โค๏ธ Thank you @ilacatrina for allowing me to be part of something so meaningful and for keeping these beautiful traditions alive. Feliz Dรญa de los Muertos! ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ #diadelosmuertos #sanantonio #catrina #runway #dayofthedead
