You don’t need the injection for the results. Your body already makes its own GLP-1, you just have to feed it, and it responds to protein, good fat and fiber eaten together. That’s exactly what this toast is built on. A whole can of sardines, greek yogurt, lemon and chili crisp on one thick slice of sourdough, and I’m not thinking about food again for hours.

I’d rather stick with the food that triggers it naturally. Plus a whole can of sardines is one of the best sources of iron there is, and the lemon helps it absorb, so it’s amazing for low iron girls like me. It takes 5 minutes and I make it most days of the week.

Recipe, for anyone who wants it 🤍

1 can sardines, drained
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1/4 medium red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp chili crisp
1/2 tsp black pepper
pinch of salt
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
1 thick slice sourdough, toasted

Mash everything except the bread with a fork, pile it onto the toast.

Dear Diary,
I have now completed my first solo show/shows!!💙 I really did it. I am so proud, happy & tired :)
I sang my full project apart from what am I doing it for. And ngl- I really felt a difference. I don't know how Rachel stands up there for 2 and a half hours, sometimes 3. I guess one day i'll get there... slowly ... 😅.
It was so special having everyone who came to see me. I saw so many smiles, so many incredible outfit, I was given some really lovely gifts 😭 I can't wait to really go through it all & read through letters the that were written💙, they always make me smile.

I'm so grateful to all the people that helped me make this happen. And all the producers, writers, engineers, creative team, logistics team!!! Everyone who helped me create my project middle child. Thank you. Even though it was a rollercoaster of emotions, it was worth every second of it. 🥹✨

I'm now getting ready to travel tmrw morning & then go straight on tour with Skye Newman after my work travels.
It will be fun!
Ok, speak soon.
Love lauren amma xoxo
