I’m blessed and excited to announce that I have committed to Gulf Coast State College. I’d like to thank my parents for supporting me and for the guys @inspirationacademybaseball for giving me the opportunity to come to Florida and be a better man and ball player

Postoje ljudi čije pjesme obilježe naše živote, a postoje i oni koji postanu dio nas samih. Za mene je Mišo bio upravo to. ❤️

I to sam ostala cijeli život.

Ostaju u pjesmama, uspomenama i srcima milijuna ljudi.

Iskrena sućut obitelji , rodbini i prijateljima.

Tuesday is the International Day for Biosphere Reserves.

These unique areas connect local communities with conservation efforts, fostering green economies and sustainable futures. They’re living examples of how people and nature can thrive together.

@unesco’s #BiosphereReserves promote innovative solutions to protect biodiversity and support sustainable livelihoods for generations to come.

Scroll through to see some inspiring examples.

I took my best friend to one of my favourite self-care spots to experience her very FIRST lymphatic drainage massage. And honestly, there’s something so special about treating someone you love to a little time to slow down. 🥹

Between work, motherhood, family, and the never-ending to-do lists, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget we deserve that same care, too.

From the gentle, rhythmic movements of a Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage to a relaxing red light therapy session, this was the ultimate little spa escape. And their NEW location makes the experience even better. ✨

If you’ve never tried a lymphatic drainage massage, here’s your sign to learn more about it! It’s a gentle massage technique designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid, and the whole experience can be incredibly relaxing.

A little reminder:
🤍 You don’t need a special occasion to book a spa day.
🤍 Self-care isn’t something you have to earn.
🤍 Sometimes the best gift is an hour where nobody needs anything from you.

Send this to your bestie who’s overdue for a little pampering. Or better yet, book something together. 🫶

Have you ever tried a lymphatic drainage massage? I’m curious! 👇

I have a code for anyone who wants to try for savings. NIKKIHEAL10
