As the canoe made its way towards the land, I could only think of what this must’ve been like in the ancient times. The rest of the village waiting to hear stories of their time out at sea, whether it was to fish, travel or simply to enjoy some time in the water. It was a simpler time, and a reminder to us all to take a break and just breathe.
