Today, November 2nd, marks [solidcore]’s 13th birthday, and we thought it’d be the perfect time to announce our biggest celebration — the Solidays Challenge 2026 is officially returning this December. Haven’t completed the Solidays Challenge before? It’s [solidcore]’s 15-day, members only challenge. Complete at least 6 classes and you earn a prize. Complete at least 10 classes and you earn two. It may be the busiest time of the year, but you won’t shy away from the challenge. Set a goal, build strength, and come out stronger for it. Need to amplify your membership to reach your Solidays goal? We’ll offer some special class packs coming later in the month.  Want to know the prizes? You’ll have to hold the hold a little bit longer. All prize information will be revealed on November 19th. Stay tuned to our social channels this month as we revisit Solidays of the past and discuss how to train your body for the strongest and shakiest time of the year.   See you all under the blue lights. 💙
What a fight! What a match! Forza! 💪🔨🦍
Teacher Cillah has shocked fans after revealing that she earns only KSh 37,000 per month as a teacher. She says it is difficult to make it in life on a teacher’s salary alone, adding that teachers need side hustles or businesses to supplement their income.
Trick or treat? 🎃🐸
I am so blessed to have friends who are like family. Thank you to Yolonda and Meredith Marshall for hosting a wonderful evening at their beautiful home to toast my appointment as a Global Luminary for the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF). It was an amazing moment that brought together our friendship group but also allowed us to hear important stories from peace builders and humanitarian defenders from Haiti and Myanmar and from Tonni Ann Brodber, the Secretariat of WPHF. Grateful that my love co-hosted and that two of my three girls could attend. Raising awareness for these brave women who defend our peace and security in conflict zones around the world is an honor of a lifetime. Having friends who support me and this mission is a gift that keeps on giving. Thank you Yolonda, Meredith and Eric. Love you all to bits! ❤️❤️ @wphfund #peacebuilders #humanrightdefenders #standwithwomen #standwithhaiti #standwithmyanmar
