Getting my mission call to ND was somewhat of a distressing moment for me because I knew I would miss the nature of Oregon. 🌲☔ And yet God has this funny way of putting people or places in my path that help me feel at home no matter where I go!

Another way I feel close to home is when I pray to God, he helps remind me each and everyday of where I'm going and that is back to him. There is a greater purpose in this life and I know he'll help us understand it if we turn to him!
