So today someone parked really close to my car to the point that I barely was able to squeeze into my driver side. This lady saw me struggling to get in and she said, "You are so lucky your skinny! I would have never been able to get my fat butt in had that happened to me. You just don't know what it's like to be fat 🥺"

Of course I didn't have time to respond as she got into her car and left. But I sat there for a few minutes thinking because she was wrong. I do know!

I am very familiar of how it feels to be so big that tying my shoes was a struggle, walking a short distance would wind me and every time I looked in the mirror I would cry 😢 But I also know how empowering it was the moment I decided to take charge of my health!!!

No matter where your at in your journey cherish every moment, but mostly don't give up on yourself. You got this 💪
