“Once, I was so ashamed of my acne filled face, that I wouldn’t even step out of my bedroom. My skin hurt, I cried every time I washed my face, and I wished I could hide from the world.Today, I have built a space where women can feel confident, strong and free in their bodies. But this didn’t happen overnight…” “Growing up in Dehradun, I was always the studious girl. Hanging up in the air, all I thought was: Look at how strong I am.“ “I started learning aerial arts, Pilates, and pole dance. When I posted my videos online, girls flooded my inbox asking, ‘Can you teach us?’ I knew how uncomfortable regular gyms felt, where women constantly pull at their clothes, wondering who is staring.” “So, I decided to open a big studio made only for women, run only by women.
