To the one who made this week possible: One of my best friends in the whole world!
We both got vaccinated around the same time and just as our two-week period was up, work was flying her out to Hawaii - not fair! But as soon as I got the greenlight to fly over, I did. That's kinda how our friendship works. Spontaneous joy making.
We only saw each other a couple times since last March, and now we got to spend a whole week together?? Many expenses paid?? Grateful doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. Also we're both going to be funemployed again very soon so the merry mischief will only continue.
Who would've thought two awkward, shy, little 4th graders would be living it up in Maui almost twenty years later. When life gives you coconuts...
