I had a few more steps in my personal journey. 😂

And everyone will find different websites and/or influencers first.

Some people get stuck at a certain point. Usually around the EWG.

And I think maybe Hyram is the new Paula?

The moment you let go of that is the moment skincare becomes fun again.

Now, I’m still obsessive when it comes to products and growing my understanding. But I try very hard to come at it from the point of view of learning and discussing.

I think I’m currently somewhere between the last two steps on the chart. Not quite completely care-free, but definitely looking at things less seriously.

Also trying to ensure to keep finding new and varying sources and/or content creators. I often question whether I’ve formed an opinion myself, or if I’m just regurgitating info. That’s sometimes a struggle as I sincerely can’t always tell. Hopefully more self awareness will be the next stage.

In the meantime, I’m off to watch the “Safe” Beauty E-Panel on The Eco Well. And follow that with a Susan Yara skincare reaction, probably Hailey Bieber’s as I missed that one originally. They’re both excellent in delivering information in their own way, with very different voices and experiences. Therein lies the fun and variation.
