EXCELLENT chat with the legendary @shemp_malone on @talkisjericho NOW! #BruceCampbell has got plenty to say about #EvilDead, Ash Williams, @sam_raimi_oficial , and his brand-new movie, Ernie & Emma! Bruce reveals why he’s officially done playing Ash, how meeting Sam Raimi in high school changed his life, why Stephen King helped save the original Evil Dead, and the crazy DIY tricks they used to create the movie’s groundbreaking camera shots and effects. He breaks down finding his groove with Sam on Evil Dead 2, why Army of Darkness nearly killed the franchise, his reaction to @ash_irvine924 being named after his character and what really happened with the proposed Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash movie. He also talks Bubba Ho-Tep, The Adventures of Brisco County Jr., trash-talking Sam on his blockbuster movie sets, and why he believes Hollywood movies have gotten way too expensive. Plus, Bruce explains why he wrote, directed, produced, financed and starred in Ernie & Emma, how he’s taking the movie directly to theaters himself, why this very different Bruce Campbell story is exactly the movie he wanted to make now and more on @audacypods, @applepodcasts & @spotify NOW! Plus you can watch the entire episode on my @youtube channel!

The countdown to Halloween🤣🙌
