5 health โ€˜hacksโ€™ I donโ€™t believe in or truely just think are overrated โžก๏ธ If you need a ring or number to tell you slept badly, youโ€™re not optimisingโ€ฆ Youโ€™ve just outsourced the one sensor you were born with. Use the data to learn, not to decide how you feel. Gentle movement has its place. But your body still needs to be able to jump, sprint, lift and land, otherwise it slowly forgets how to. If your bedtime routine has 11 steps, itโ€™s actually just keeping you up. A dark room, thatโ€™s nice and cool and aim for bed at the same time each night ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Ice baths, massage guns and compression boots are nice but sleep is free. If your sleep sucks, just start there. Itโ€™s the most important tool for recovery. Sunlight, lemon water, journaling, breathworkโ€ฆ by the time you finish, the dayโ€™s over ๐Ÿ˜‚ Pick one & start your day!

My new Christmas song Santa Bring My Baby Back is out now! ๐ŸŽ… ๐ŸŽ„ this is for anyone whoโ€™s missing someone at the holidays or if youโ€™re just in the mood for some fun holiday music. Iโ€™ve always been the weird person who listens to Christmas music all year long because Christmas makes me happy, so I hope you have a wonderful holiday season full of joy and magical surprises and being grateful for the special every day moments โค๏ธ
My current goal is to lose body fat while building muscle so Iโ€™m focusing on: โ€ข A slight calorie deficit โ€ข Prioritizing protein in every meal โ€ข Eating enough carbs to fuel my workouts โ€ข Getting healthy fats and plenty of fiber โ€ข Staying consistent Iโ€™m not trying to eat less. Iโ€™m trying to eat smarter, get stronger, and fuel my body properly ๐Ÿค #lalifestyle #whatieatinadayrealistic #fatloss #diet #losangeleslife
