Ekene thought Bien would attack me, just like the other guests he normally hosts on his show. However, it turned out that Bien believes in a Nairobi that is led by a more serious governor, a leader who is committed to getting things done, just like Mosiria. Thank you, brother, for believing in me and for standing with the vision of a better Nairobi. I promise I will not let Nairobi down. Nairobi deserves serious leadership. Nairobi deserves results! SIRI NI MOSIRIA ! NI UCHUNGU SANA EKENE !
🏙️ BIG NEWS for Uptown Charlotte! The former EpiCentre could be getting a major comeback! 🏀 The @hornets have teamed up with Lincoln Property Company and Vision Ventures to acquire Queen City Quarter, the 304,000-square-foot entertainment complex located directly across from Spectrum Center. ✨ Once one of Charlotte’s most popular nightlife destinations, the former EpiCentre has faced years of declining occupancy and changing ownership. Now, the new partnership hopes to bring fresh energy, investment, and activity back to the heart of Uptown. 🚧 While specific redevelopment plans have not yet been announced, the acquisition could pave the way for a revitalized destination for dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment! 📍210 E Trade St
Today’s tip: TAKE THE DAMN SOLO TRIP! 🏔️🤍 This week, I came back from one of the most unreal trips of my life. Visiting the European Alps in autumn had been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember, and I finally decided to make that dream happen: a solo road trip through Switzerland and Italy. And honestly, it was everything and more. There’s something so incredibly special about travelling alone. About waking up with no plans but your own, getting lost, figuring things out, and learning to enjoy your own company in ways you never thought possible. I’ve always said that solo travelling makes you grow. It makes you more independent, pushes you out of your comfort zone, shifts your perspective and changes the way you see the world, but, most importantly, the way you see yourself. You realise that you don’t need to wait for someone else’s availability, plans or timing to live the experiences you’ve been dreaming about. So if you’ve been waiting for the right person, the right moment or the perfect excuse… let this be your sign. Book the ticket. Rent the car. Take the damn solo trip. Because some of the most beautiful memories you’ll ever make are the ones you create with yourself. 🤍
