So there is a french saying that says: "to say goodbye is to die a little". And perhaps that is why most of us struggle and dread saying goodbye, we dread letting go. Some of us have an history of goodbyes that left us feeling sad abandoned and rejected. But farewells and loss are a part of life.

To say goodbye is to die a little; perhaps. Maybe we do die. Maybe we feel loss, pain and heartache too. But We feel the pain, the loss, but it does not overwhelm us, because we keep the memories close to our hearts as we find new ways to nurture long distance relationships...
