I’ve stopped respecting breakfast hours. 😂 I’ve eaten this for breakfast, lunch, dinner AND dessert. The sweet apples, tart cranberries and cinnamon make this the best oatmeal I’ve ever eaten. Not even kidding. 🤎 Comment RECIPE for the full printable recipe + my cranberry variation notes! CROCKPOT OVERNIGHT APPLE CRANBERRY OATMEAL Serves 6 | 6-quart slow cooker • Nonstick cooking spray • 1 cup traditional steel-cut oats • 4 cups water • ½ teaspoon salt • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg • 3 medium apples • 1 cup fresh cranberries, rinsed and sorted • 2 tablespoons salted butter, divided into 3 pats • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1. Generously spray a 6-quart slow cooker. Add oats, water, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir. 2. Peel and core apples, leaving them whole. If spiral-sliced, gently press them back into their original shape. 3. Nestle apples upright in the oats. Scatter cranberries around them and place one butter pat on each apple. 4. Cover and cook on LOW for approximately 7 hours, until oats are tender and the fruit mashes easily. 5. Add vanilla. Gently mash apples and cranberries directly in the pot, then stir thoroughly. 6. Turn off heat and rest uncovered for 5–10 minutes. Serve with milk or cream, maple syrup, toasted pecans or orange zest. IMPORTANT: Use traditional steel-cut oats, not quick-cooking steel-cut, rolled or instant oats. This version is softer and looser than my original apple oatmeal because of those delicious cranberry juices. That’s part of what I LOVE about it! Keep the tested water amount, stir and let it rest before judging consistency. Save this for a cozy holiday breakfast that cooks while you sleep. 🍎 #crockpotoatmeal #cranberryapple #overnightoatmeal #holidaybreakfast https://pipandebby.com/pip-ebby/overnight-apple-oatmeal/

HYROX Mixed Doubles with Wontae @wontaeeatnow! 🇰🇷🔥 Wontae, thank you for being my Mixed Doubles partner! 🥰 We’ll be running with our Korean flags, so let’s make Korea proud! 🇰🇷🇰🇷 November is officially HYROX month! I have 4 races on the calendar. Well, technically 3 for me and 1 HYROX Youngstars race for my son! 😂 And I’m flying to Korea next week for HYROX as well. Looks like November is going to be full of HYROX, training, work and very sore legs. 🙈 Wearing @pumasg Shot at @grandhyattsingapore Photography by the awesome @quotience #HYROX #HYROXSingapore #HYROXMixedDoubles #PUMAHYROX

Some moments in life you know you’ll remember forever, but then there are moments that you know have changed you forever. This was one of them. 🥹❤️ I still don’t have the words to describe what it felt like to watch my beautiful little nephew Henry, take his first breath and come into this world. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that feeling. I’m so bloody proud of you sissy. Watching your strength, your determination and then seeing you hold your baby boy for the very first time. I wish you could have seen yourself through my eyes. You were absolutely incredible 😭😭😭😭 And Richard, you were AMAZING and you are bloody amazing darls. The way you showed up for my sister throughout it all. I also think we made such a great little team, and I genuinely couldn’t have picked a better human to be by her side, not just for that moment, but for this next chapter of raising your beautiful little man together. Henry, you have absolutely no idea how lucky you are to have these two as your mum and dad. And of course me as your Mumty. What a privilege to witness the beginning of your little life and watch my sister become a Mum. My heart is so full. I’ll carry this one with me forever ❤️ @dannig05 @rjbrougham
