Sidang kasus kecelakaan maut di kawasan Grahadi, Surabaya, diwarnai tangis terdakwa Erica Natasha Risakotta dan kemarahan ayah korban, Sunarto, Selasa (3/11). Sunarto mengaku kecewa karena Erica tidak pernah meminta maaf secara langsung sejak kecelakaan yang menewaskan putranya, Rachmad Praditya Kusuma, pada 23 Agustus 2026.

“Dia ini tidak ada minta maaf sama sekali ke rumah saya. Saya baru tahu dia hari ini,” ujar Sunarto. Dia menegaskan tidak menginginkan ganti rugi uang dan berharap terdakwa dihukum seumur hidup. “Anak saya tidak bisa di uangkan,” tegasnya.

Sementara itu, Erica mengaku bersalah dan menyatakan ingin meminta maaf kepada keluarga korban. Namun, dia mengurungkan niat mendatangi rumah Sunarto karena takut.

“Bapak, saya sebenarnya mau minta maaf ke Bapak, tapi saya takut. Masuk kawasan rumah bapak dijaga oleh satpam. Karena bapak seorang purnawirawan. Jadi saya tidak jadi meminta maaf ke rumah bapak,” kata Erica sambil menangis di persidangan.

Dalam sidang tersebut, saksi Anas Yusron juga menceritakan kondisi korban yang terjepit setelah kecelakaan dan upayanya membawa Rachmad ke RSUD Dr. Soetomo.

little miss NYC MARATHON!! thank you for believing in me when there were times i didn't even believe in myself 😭 ngl the one quote i kept thinking about was from a cinderella story LOL "never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game" i feel like a lot of the stuff i've been going thru kept me from playing the game the past year. i just lost a lot of confidence in who i am and what im capable of :/

so yall don't really realize this meant a lot more to me than just going out, training weekly and coming to new york to run this marathon. yall really pushed me and helped me find my little spark again. every DM, text, call, in person conversation meant so so much to me ❤️ this whole experience and running in general really reminded me i am that b*tch frrrr 🤏🏼 I LOVE YALL SM your support has gotten me through a lot and i appreciate you always xx
